Title: Global Force Wrestling suspends Alberto El Patron indefinitely Post by: TKO18 on July 12, 2017, 11:22:29 pm Global Force Wrestling issued a new statement on Wednesday morning announcing that they have suspended GFW Unified Champion Alberto El Patron (Jose Rodriguez) indefinitely until his recent domestic battery case is resolved.
Patron is currently under investigation by the Orlando Police Department for an allegation of domestic battery at an Orlando airport on July 9 that, based on recent photographic and audio leaks by TMZ.com, involved Patron’s finance WWE star Paige. The investigation resulted that it was Paige only who should be charged for domestic violence, clearing the GFW champion of any wrongdoing. Global Force Wrestling suspended El Patron pending the conclusion of the investigation. There’s still no report if the State Attorney’s Office will be charging Paige with battery as the decision rests up to the office.
