A few forum updates...
- SvR 2008 Section has been removed and the topics have been moved to SvR Classics
- Discussion forums have been moved up some.
- SvR 2010 section added.
i checked the header and the old logo html was accidently removed so i added a temp one until someone makes a new one.

I was messing with skin and thought I fooked up major...there are some nice new colors that were added...then I looked up at your logo and couldn't see it....funny as heck...
