Conan (2011)
Action | Adventure | Fantasy
The tale of Conan the Cimmerian and his adventures across the continent of Hyboria.
Cast
 - Jason Momoa ... Conan

Quote
Is this a remake of the Milius/Schwarzenegger movie?

No. A remake implies a new version of an original script. This movie has no connection to any previous Conan movies, it is a franchise restart, like "Batman Begins". It is a brand new adaptation of the original Conan stories by Robert E. Howard.
Can someone explain the difference between "a new version of an original script" and "new adaptation of the original Conan stories"
Same name, same concept. IT'S A REMAKE!

So, its a "new adaptation of the original" But yet not a remake? Someone should figure that out.  Grin To me, it would be a remake, or a continuation of the last movie. It cant be new, and original or a restart...
