Warner Bros. has hired writers for not just The Flash but also Green Lantern 2. Yes, it is a good time to be a comic-book nerd.

Heat Vision reports that the studio has brought in Greg Berlanti, Michael Green and Marc Guggenheim to write a treatment for the GL sequel. All three scribes also worked on the first Green Lantern, which is currently shooting in New Orleans.

The trio will also write the treatment for DC's scarlet speedster's adaptation, The Flash. Just a couple of weeks ago we had heard that the character was close to getting a greenlight.

When they said they was going to make comic book heroes into movies, I didn't expect this many.

If it was in the 70's, its no wonder why I don't recall them.
