Just wondering here, is the dragon armor perk in smithing for dragon weapons as well? Only ones listed here are dragonbone, but are only in dawnguard - http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Dragonscale#Dragonscale_Armor

That one i'm not too sure about. There was no dragon weapons before dawnguard was released. I'm sure it still works the same way so i'm assuming you would need the dragonbone perk. i'm assuming you would need the dawnguard dlc for it as well.

I would assume it is since its like that for the other ones. but i believe you still need dawnguard to get those weapons. not 100% sure though.

Will have to get the DLC in the legendary version since I dont have net on my PS3. Still, sweet game with out the DLC. But yeah, I wanna be able to adopt some of them kids too, and read up you gotta have Hearthfire for it. Pretty messed up the kids dont care if you murder someone right in front of them XD.

Guards are pretty cool though, they are the only ones who notice that I am with guilds and what seems to go on in my life. lol.

BTW, is it normal for bandits to take over cleared dungeons? Have a few I cleared and they taken over

Yeah once you build your own house you should be able to adopt. You can also get married but you don't need the DLC for that lol.
Yeah certain guilds will help you get out of trouble with the guards lol.

It's a normal thing. Once you've cleared a dungeon or something then they should take over it again after a while. Usually the first playthrough of a dungeon is set at a certain level. and then when it's repopulated they will be more in your level range. So certain aspects of the game are limited while others will level with you, so it always presents a new challenge Smiley Hope that made sense lol.

Yeah, I got the necklace to get married, just haven't searched through the game to find the person I would like to marry.

Guards are cool tho. Its funny why you can pay them off for a couple hundred and your bounty isn't as high. Its funny too when you walk past one and you are wanted, they just keep walking after the "Wait. I know you" I'm like, no you don't  Roll Eyes

Thanks for that info. Happy to know I can revisit the places and level skills.

Not sure if I should mention, but yeah, My poor housecarl Lydia got killed, I kinda miss her greeting me in my home  Undecided

Yeah i've killed her a few times. Not much to worry about. You should be able to get one from the other main towns or just hire someone to follow you around lol

Nah she just tends to get in the way during battles. Usually she will run out to attack as i shoot a fireball at someone and she gets hit. Best to leave her at home and find someone else to take with you lol

lol. I know how that is. She ended up getting injured in a battle, and I think the guy hit her with a ice spike when I moved, but I don't mind. I'll find someone else if I ever need them.

Yeah, Only thing they are good for in later levels when your moving. For some odd reason though, she appeared back up in my house in whiterun, dead in her room  Huh?

Was wondering though, I got the option to buy Hjerm in Winter Hold, and am looking to make this my main house, till I can build my own. I know you have to buy the cleanup to prevent some bugs, which I did, but am wondering how Mannequins work. I put some clothes on them, but when I exit the menu their body is invisible, are the clothes supposed to show or is there a certain order the upgrade must be bought in?

Wasn't going to use them either, just they are out in the open and figured I could use them to help decorate the house. I'll try some armor later and hope that works, other wise they'll have to be naked

ended up finding this under houses at the UESP.

Placing items on mannequins may make that part of the mannequin become invisible.
This bug is fixed by version 1.4 of the Official Skyrim Patch.

guess ill have to connect me to the net one day and get the patches.
Thanks tho man for the help on these problems Smiley

Ok, cool Smiley Thx

Edit-

Is it true that you have to have the hearthfire add on to build your own house? Or do you just have to be Thane of that city to build on a plot of land?

Read up that you gotta have hearthfire, but just want to confirm this. Not a big deal either way as I will more then likely make Proudspire Manor my main home once I am able to buy it, till I can get the Legendary edition Tongue

Yeah, you need to have Hearthfire to build your own house. It's a cheap DLC though. Only like $4 if i remember right...
I always just use the Whiterun house lol. Kinda in the center of the map. Just seems easier to access lol. I'm sure i'll build my own at some point.

Gotta say, being a Werewolf is pretty sweet. Only downside is being naked when it wears off and having to re-equip everything.

Finally getting my archery skill up as well. Starting to use it more then my sword/magic

Whats this ring called? Have to keep my eyes open for one in case I need it.

BTW, have done some reading around, and found some pretty complicated numbers in regards to what I'm looking for. Am wondering, do arrow base damage stack with with the bow damage, I can 1 shot most enemies with 1 arrow, while in most cases I 2 shot them with a sword with roughly the same damage. I do like the bows so would like to know if the bow damage stacks with arrows, would probably explain why they do more then my sword

I guess i should have explained it a little better lol. The effect werewolf transformation still last the same length, but with the ring you can equip it and immediately turn back into a werewolf instead of having to wait like usual. It is called Hircine's Ring. You get it after you kill some hunters during a quest you get from a guy in Falkreath prison.

Yeah the bow and arrow damage should stack. So if your bow does 20 damage and your arrow does 10, then it should do 30 damage total. There are also special factors to consider that would affect the damage... If you are crouched and do a sneak attack you could do 2-3 times the damage. Also if you hold the button until the arrow is fully drawn it will do more damage than just tapping the button.

Ah, so it no longer becomes once a day? Cool.  Tongue I glitched one and had my sword while I was in beast form. lol. was awesome to fling some bears across the screen.

K. Will have to see what arrows I got that do most damage. Don't play too much into the character menu, and just realized the damage I do in the bottom of the screen there. lol. Mainly play from the favs as it gives me faster access to weps/skills

That will happen sometimes in early versions of the game. If you get all the updates it should be fine though.

Yeah the favorites menu is pretty helpful :p You can also push left or right twice to set a quick change option in favorites so you dont have to keep opening it. Pretty useful if you switch back and forth between things a lot.

I'm still working on building my Lakeview Manor house. Takes a lot of supplies lol. I can have my housecarl buy most of them, but  there's a few things that you have to search for.
